This was cut by free hand and wasn't even sketched out first. The background has a two color fade and a layer of crayon wax to make it dirty. The 2008 Presidential primaries were just about to occur and I was very upset with the state of things. I ended up with 3 editions and ordered outdoor stickers in one night. In case you're unaware, this is commenting on the New World Order power structure.
